My Favorite Maryland Recipes written by Mrs. J. Millard Tawes 1964

Great old cookbook filled with wonderful Chesapeake Bay Regional Cooking. Entitled, "My Favorite Maryland Recipes", this was written by Avalynne Tawes, wife of Maryland Governor J. Millard Tawes.

Copyright 1964 by Helen Avalynne Tawes. This is the FIRST PRINTING.

Contains sections on appetizers, soups, seafood, poultry, meats, meat substitutes, dressings, salads, vegetables, breads, candies and puddings, pies, cakes and icings and beverages. Also of special interest is a section featuring menus used at Maryland's Executive Mansion.

This is a hardcover book containing 179 pages. Book is in excellent condition with the dust cover still intact. Dust cover does shows some wear, but the book appears to have had little if any use.
